Simple, Easy and Fast 4-Step Application. The MAT is quickly and easily applied with complete blood-flow occlusion in 4 easy steps:

	Placing MAT on Appendage

	MAT's unique design grips to appendages -- facilitating 1-handed use.

	"Click" engage

	The MAT is easily secured into place with an assuring "click" sound and feel. This engagement feature facilitates use of the MAT on trapped limbs.

	Cinch down

	Simply pull the MAT down tight...

0:03 - 0:04 sec.

	Turn Tighten

	...and quickly turn the tightening turnkey to safely and securely occlude blood flow. The powerful mechanical advantage system is engaged with safe, simultaneous circumferential compression.

	Release (for reapplication)

	The MAT is easily and safely released via 2 quick methods: 1. Push the "RELEASE" tab or 2. Lift up on the buckle

	Resetting (for re-use)

	If the MAT is to be re-used, if should be reset by pushing the "RELEASE" button and pulling out the strap until the "RESET" indicator appears. Note: For biohazard reasons, reuse of the MAT is expressly not recommended.

	Wind strap around turnkey stem and fold turnkey down		Turn strap underneath tightened MAT (anywhere)		Wrap excess strap over turnkey and tuck under MAT (anywhere)
